Choose when you learn with blended learning

Blended learning is a mixture of face-to-face and online teaching, designed to help you balance your studies with work, family, or other responsibilities.

We offer 3 timetables for you to choose from in either London, Birmingham, or Manchester and typical timetables may look like the following:

Daytime students

2 days of tuition per week: one session on campus and the other session delivered live online

Evening and weekend students

Timetables will typically follow a schedule like the following each week:

  • 2 evenings live online and 1 weekend day face-to-face on campus; or
  • 2 evenings face-to-face on campus and 1 weekend day live online.

Can I study BSc Cyber Security with no work experience?

You can study this degree with no work experience, or minimal experience in tech/computing – we’ve designed the Foundation Year to teach you the core cyber security topics you’ll need to know as a cyber professional. You’ll build on this knowledge as you progress on to your undergraduate degree.

What support do I get when I study BSc Cyber Security?

You’ll have access to a variety of digital software and resources on our virtual learning environment as well as one-to-one support from your tutors online and in person.

Our student support services also provide personalised academic guidance throughout your studies, from coursework/exam writing to referencing and more.
